1. Welcome to Tangle Bell

Tangle Bell is a school-email organizer for parents. You forward school messages to your Tangle Bell address, and we use AI to sort them by child, school, teacher, and class, then surface dates, deadlines, and action items on a shared family dashboard and calendar.

2. Who can use Tangle Bell

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, guardian, or caregiver with permission to manage the school communications you forward. You are responsible for the emails you send to Tangle Bell and for keeping your account credentials safe.

3. Your content

You keep full ownership of the emails, names, and other information you put into Tangle Bell. We only use that content to provide the service to you — sorting, displaying, and reminding your household about school-related items. We do not sell your data or use it to advertise to you or your children.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not use Tangle Bell to:

• Forward emails you do not have permission to share.
• Harass, impersonate, or share private information about other families or staff.
• Upload malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Try to access another household’s account.

5. Subscription and billing

Tangle Bell is free for your first three months. After that, the service costs $9.99 USD per month for your whole household. You can cancel any time from the Plan page; you keep access through the month you have already paid for. Gift codes extend or remove the paid period according to the code you redeem.

6. Accuracy and limits

Tangle Bell reads forwarded emails and does its best to extract the right dates, kids, and action items. It can make mistakes. Always check important details — especially deadlines, payments, and attendance — against the original email or the school’s official website. We are not responsible for missed deadlines or incorrect classifications.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, abuses the service, or creates risk for other users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If the changes are material, we will let you know by email or through the app. Continuing to use Tangle Bell after the update means you accept the new terms.
